We will review your medical history to identify any potential risks including smoking, certain medications or supplements, high blood pressure, or vulnerability to blood clots.

Some patients may need to visit with an ophthalmologist first, cease the use of certain medications, or take new ones before or after the procedure.
Eyelid rejuvenation is performed under local anesthesia with sedation medication and takes 1 to 2 hours to complete. You may return home following the procedure but will need someone to drive you and may require assistance with daily living activities for a couple of days. Stitches will be removed within 2 to 5 days, and desk work can be resumed within one week. Strenuous exercise should be avoided for approximately three weeks and hot tubs and saunas for a few weeks more.
